Where shall we start?

Choose a topic and open a question.

How do I sign back in?

Continue with the method you used to create your account: Sign in with Apple or a code sent to your email. If you hid your email with Apple, signing in with another email can create a separate account. If a code has not arrived, check the address and spam folder. Never share your code.

I cannot add a clothing photo.

Check Stymigo’s camera or photo access in device settings. If you select from your library, make sure the chosen photo is accessible. If the issue continues, tell support which step failed and what message appeared.

An item’s details look wrong.

Open the item in your wardrobe and review its editable details. You do not need to guess information you do not know. Photo analysis can make mistakes; correct a suggestion using what you know about the item.

What is the difference between Save and Worn?

Save helps you find an outfit later. Worn creates a record that you wore it. Saving an outfit does not mark it as worn.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → My account → Delete my account and read the confirmation. Deletion is irreversible. Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Retry or contact us if the process does not finish. Previously created recovery backups are managed separately; read about deletion.

Are my photos sent to AI services?

When you permit item analysis, product detection or image editing, photos can be processed on servers and shared with Google, Anthropic or OpenAI. For outfit suggestions, clothing attributes and outfit context may be sent to TypeSafe for ranking and pair assessment, and to Google for Turkish-language explanations. These requests do not include photos or an account identifier. This sharing depends on the “Outfit assessment” permission; if you turn it off in Profile > AI permissions, no new assessment requests are sent. Read about the data flow and permissions.

Does disabling camera access delete old photos?

No. Device permissions control future camera or library access. Use the relevant in-app deletion option for previously saved photos and account records.
